DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The Kahn Barnes dispatch team will do everything possible to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but are not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to sign and accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local post office for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange an alternate delivery method.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges for change of mind items, within 30 days. Please contact our team on info@kahnbarnes.com to request an exchange.
SHIPPING
If you fit the terms for exchanging or returning your item, please contact us at info@kahnbarnes.com and we can provide you with the address and return label to send the product back.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will advise if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
