HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? 

We accept payments in multiple currencies via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email from our carrier with your tracking information.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, the order then moves onto our dispatch team. If the order has not yet been processed, you can request changes to the order by emailing our team at: info@kahnbarnes.com.

Unfortunately if our team has already processed the order, we will not be able to make any changes.

We ship globally.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?

Within Australia, all orders are shipped with Australia Post so you won’t need to be home to accept delivery. If your order won't fit within a secure letterbox then the delivery agent will leave a card for collection at your local Post Office.

For overseas customers, the shipping method you select when purchasing as well as your local courier practices will govern the delivery procedure of your order.  

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You sure can unless you've selected Regular international Shipping. You'll receive an email from the appropriate carrier after dispatch with all your tracking info.
