Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for returns or exchanges. Ensure items are unused, with tags, and in original packaging. No returns or exchanges on damaged items unless defective upon arrival. Email info@kahnbarnes.com for all return inquiries.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES 

We do offer exchanges for change of mind items, within 30 days. Please contact our team on info@kahnbarnes.com to request an exchange.

 

SHIPPING

If you fit the terms for exchanging or returning your item, please contact us at info@kahnbarnes.com and we can provide you with the address and return label to send the product back.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will advise if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
