WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED
After orders are placed and paid in full, they are then processed within 1-2 business days for both Australian and International orders.
The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. The Kahn Barnes dispatch team will do everything possible to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but are not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to sign and accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local post office for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange an alternate delivery method.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address.
Please check that all information given upon ordering your product is correct as it can cause major delays in getting you your item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. In most cases, our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. However, if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do offer exchanges for change of mind items, within 30 days. Please contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange.
If you fit the terms for exchanging or returning your item, please contact us at email@example.com and we can provide you with the address and return label to send the product back.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will advise if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
